Terms & Conditions

We are committed to making your shopping experience with us enjoyable. Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase. By purchasing our merchandise, it would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

Orders received after 3pm from Mondays to Fridays will be processed on the next working day.

For bulk orders above 30 pieces, kindly email us at enquiries@pichevent.com and our customer service team will get back to you within 3 working days.

Please note that once the order has been confirmed, we will not be able to perform amendments or refunds.

Kindly note that deliveries can only be made to addresses in Singapore, excluding Changi Airport and other Offshore Islands.

We accept payments via PayNow, Amex/Visa/MasterCard Credit Card and Debit Card payments via a secure PayPal Express Gateway. Orders will only be confirmed upon completion of payment. PayNow transactions are preferred.

Payments shall not be deemed to be made until the full amount of funds have cleared and properly received in our account. All cancelled orders cannot be reversed and no cash refund will be offered.

Prices and shipping rates listed are in Singapore Dollars and inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

We provide standard delivery for all orders. Orders will be delivered between 2 – 7 working days. All deliveries will be carried out during working hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding Sunday and local public holidays.

PICH e-Shop aims to deliver your orders within the delivery duration as stated. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

Your products are under the responsibility of our third-party delivery service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcels. Any claims will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).

Kindly contact our customer service within 3 working days, from the date of receiving the item and with the original packaging intact. Kindly email us at enquiries@pichevent.com with the following information:
  • Order number
  • Description of defective/incorrect apparel and
  • Photo reference of the defective/incorrect apparel

Our customer service team will get back to you within 3 working days. If you are eligible for the exchange, we will make arrangement for a 1-for-1 replacement for the defective or incorrect item(s).

If we are unable to exchange your apparel due to unavailability, we will allow an exchange for a different apparel of an equal or of a lower value. For exchanges to other available apparel of lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount.

Exchanges will only be done for apparel(s) in its original condition and in its original packaging. Exchanges for items which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.

Customer who placed their orders online and wishes to exchange their apparel sizes will be required to drop by our warehouse for us to facilitate a one-time exchange. All exchanges are based on a first-come-first-serve basis and subject to product availability. We strongly encourage customers to contact us and arrange for an appointment before heading to our warehouse.

If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, PICH e-Shop reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee. The shipping cost incurred to retrieve and re-deliver will not be borne by PICH e-Shop. Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Details regarding the re-delivery will be sent via an email to the customer.

PICH e-Shop reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced parcels with any new orders. Any unclaimed bounced parcels after a period of 14 days from the date of order will be forfeited.
